A foundations course for the Highly Sensitive
HSP SOS is the foundations course that helps Highly Sensitive People understand the trait, regulate the nervous system, and turn sensitivity into a superpower — taught by an HSP, in your pocket.

A moment of recognition
You feel everything more deeply — joy, grief, other people’s moods — and you can’t turn it off.
After a full day with people, you need to be alone in a quiet room before you can speak again.
Lights, noise, crowds, group chats — small things wear you out in ways no one else seems to notice.
You’ve been called “too sensitive,” “too much,” “too quiet” your whole life.
You mask all day, and by evening you’re running on fumes you can’t explain.
You pick up the room’s tension before anyone says a word.
Conflict — even small disagreements — stays in your body for hours.
You’ve tried meditation apps, therapy, journaling. Some helped a little. Nothing felt built for you.
If that’s you — you’re not alone, and you’re not broken. You’re one of the 1 in 5.

The quiet cost
Without a name for it, you assume something is wrong with you. You white-knuckle through fluorescent offices, crowded rooms, group chats that never stop pinging. You mask, you over-give, you collapse at the end of the day and call it being tired.
You try to be tougher. It doesn’t work — because the wiring isn’t the problem. The problem is that no one ever handed you the manual.
Every year without these foundations is a year of unnecessary suffering. That stops here.
The science of sensitivity
What you’ve been calling “too sensitive” is a researched personality trait called Sensory Processing Sensitivity (SPS) — first studied by Dr. Elaine Aron. It shows up in roughly 1 in 5 people and has been observed in more than 100 species. It is innate. It is neurological. It was never a choice.
You think about everything, deeply, before you respond. Decisions feel heavier because you actually see more of them.
Lights, sound, schedules, screens — your nervous system takes in more, so it fills up sooner.
You feel your feelings — and other people’s — at higher resolution. It’s the source of your insight, and the source of the overwhelm.
You catch the shift in someone’s tone, the change in the room, the detail no one else clocked.
Your sensitivity is the gift and the cost from the same wiring. The course teaches you how to use it as a superpower.
That’s why HSP SOS exists
A structured, step-by-step education in being a Highly Sensitive Person — built around the actual science of the trait, taught by a real HSP, and tucked inside an iOS app so it’s with you wherever the overwhelm finds you.
The foundations course that turns a lifelong “problem” into your superpower.

Who you’ll meet on the other side
The curriculum
Eight sections. Twenty lessons. Guided audio practices and downloadable resources tucked into the modules they belong to — so by the end, you don’t just understand the trait. You have a toolkit for it.
Settle in, meet Sadie, and learn what to expect. Two bonus guided practices you can use the moment you need them.
Why work, time, and decisions feel heavier for you — and how to shape a lifestyle and career that fit an HSP nervous system.
Find your zone of tolerance. Audit the spaces, sounds, and screens around you and quietly redesign them for your wiring.
Tools for empathy without absorption — boundaries, conscious communication, and recognizing the relationships that drain you.
What your body actually needs as an HSP, plus the spiritual practices that help sensitive people feel at home in themselves.
The Garden Metaphor and the Affirmism practice — record your own voice as a personal sound-healing affirmation. Optional deep-link to the Affirmism companion app.
Close the loop. How to keep these foundations alive in your everyday life, and where to go from here.
How it works
Free to download. The course unlocks the moment you’re ready — no email gate, no quiz first.
Sadie walks you in. You’ll have two guided practices in hand before the first module even begins.
Lessons are 5–15 minutes. No streaks, no shaming notifications, no infinite feed. You return when it feels right.
Every lesson has a short video, a calm text version you can read instead, and the resources for that lesson saved one tap away.

Meet your instructor
I’m a Highly Sensitive Person, and I made HSP SOS — Highly Sensitive Person + SOS, the Morse for help — because no one ever sat me down and explained my own wiring to me. I had to find it the long way.
I built this course for the woman who just discovered the term and is quietly crying because finally something fits, and for the woman who’s known her whole life she was different and never knew what to do about it. You get validation, you get guidance, and you get the tools — in the voice of someone who shares your nervous system.

“Being a Highly Sensitive Person is an incredible gift — once you learn how to use the trait as a superpower.”
For the part of you that wants the evidence
Dr. Elaine Aron’s foundational research on SPS describes a trait observed in roughly 1 in 5 people and documented in over 100 species. Honest credibility, no overclaim.
Modules 1–3 map directly onto the four DOES traits — Depth of processing, Overstimulation, Emotional reactivity/Empathy, and Sensitivity to subtle stimuli. Real scaffolding, not marketing language.
Breathing, grounding, and somatic techniques — the kind taught inside the course — are widely recognized tools for nervous-system regulation. We describe them honestly, never as medical treatment.
What HSPs are saying
App Store reviews shown once available. These are early reader notes Sadie has received.
“I’ve known I was sensitive since I was a child. This is the first thing that didn’t try to fix me — it explained me. I cried in section two.”
“The lessons are so short I actually finish them. I’ve done more for my nervous system in two weeks than I did in two years of meditation apps.”
“The overstimulation module alone was worth it. I rearranged my classroom, my phone, and my evenings. I feel like I have my Sundays back.”
